Thornwick Bay has excellent facilities which are undergoing a makeover for 2016. Renovations include an indoor pool with a slide, a new adventure trail for guests who want to get active, and a new Lighthouse bar and restaurant.

The park is partially located on Flamborough Cliff’s nature reserve, which is home to seabird colonies, including Kittiwakes and gannets, which nest on its chalk cliffs. The location provides uninterrupted sea views, and sea fishing from the beach. Bempton Cliffs is just along from Thornwick Bay and is one of the best places in the UK for rock pooling.

Haven is also planning new outdoor activities and entertainment that will be exclusive to Thornwick Bay and different to what is on offer at other Haven parks. Thornwick Bay’s Nature Rockz programme will offer activities including fossil casting and guided cave explorations. Families can also enjoy guided boat tours by local fisherman or explore the surrounding area on a Segway.

Prices for a family break at Thornwick Bay, Yorkshire start from £179. This price is based on a family of up to six sharing a Standard two-bedroom caravan for three nights, arriving on 8 April 2016.

Travel agent customers can save an exclusive extra 5% of this price. Price already includes the save up to 25% early booking offer.
