HERTZ Rent-a-Car has introduced new services to cater to the growing number of Arabic customers renting cars while travelling abroad, the company said.
These new services have been implemented across various channels including digital, retail and fleet.
Building on the service provided by the Arabic speaking call centre based in Jordan, Hertz has recently launched a LiveChat function on its Arabic website, giving Arabic speaking customers the option to engage in online support with dedicated Hertz call centre staff in their preferred language.
Traffic to the Hertz Arabic website has shown significant growth with an increase of 79% in the past 12 months.
And in order to accommodate to Middle Eastern travellers’ higher demand of 7-9 seat vehicles, Hertz has significantly increased the numbers of these types of car.
Hertz also gives travellers the ability to drive the car of their dreams with utmost convenience and VIP service while on holiday with the Hertz Dream Collection, an ultra-high-end range of vehicles.
The company has also placed Arabic speaking staff in key popular destinations for GCC travellers, including Munich, Frankfurt and Berlin, in an effort to provide GCC customers with the high level customer service.
In addition to this, popular destinations for Arabic speaking customers also offer Arabic as an option on their NeverLost GPS.
