Tauzia Hotel Management, the Indonesian hotel group operating the Harris and Pop brands, has launched its first guest loyalty programme.

The new ‘My Tauzia’ scheme has been unveiled to coincide with Chinese New Year and allows members to earn points when staying at the company’s 43 properties across Indonesia.

There are three membership tiers: ‘Simple’, which is valid for newly-enrolled members; ‘Friendly’, which is awarded to members who have accumulated at least 10,000 points within one year of membership; and ‘Unique’, for members who have accumulated 25,000 points.

One point is equivalent to IDR1,000 (approx. 7 US cents) spent on qualifying room rates, and points can be redeemed to pay for stays at Tauzia hotels.

All members will receive benefits including complimentary fruit or snack platters in their room, room upgrades, guaranteed early 9am check-in and late 6pm check-out, member-only offers, and discounts on F&B, laundry and spa services.

The loyalty programme will be based online, with physical membership card only being offered to the highest tier members.
