Chinese hotel company, Jin Jiang International, has signed a management contract for the Liangdu Jin Jiang Hotspring International Hotel – a new hotel in the southern Chinese region of Guizhou.
Scheduled to open at the end of May 2014, the new five-star property will rise 24 stories and features 301 rooms and suites plus expansive meeting space and a restaurant with 24 private dining rooms. Leisure facilities include a fitness centre, swimming pool and a spa located in an adjoining building.
“Liangdu Jin Jiang Hotspring International Hotel… will be the first Jin Jiang hotel to open in Liupanshui, thus building our brand presence,” said Jin Jiang’s CEO, Bernold Schroeder. “This thriving industrial city attracts many businesses and the opening of this new luxury hotel give us the opportunity to showcase our extensive MICE capabilities and reputable hospitality service standards, in particular, for the city’s growing number of business travellers.”
The city of Liupanshui is on the main rail line between Kunming and Shanghai. The hotel will be located only 25 minutes from the railway station and is 10 minutes from the city centre.
Jin Jiang now has a portfolio of more than 116 hotels across 75 cities in China.
