Director of Account Management – Corporate Travel – London / Hybrid. A fantastic opportunity to head up the UK Account Management function of a highly reputable Travel Management Company ( TMC ) based in London.

Director of Account Management Responsibilities

• Leading a developing a sizeable team of account managers of vary levels of seniority
• Drive account growth, retention and outcomes
• Developing and enhancing the customer lifecycle and experience
• Create and deliver the strategic plan for the Account Management team
• Represent the company in key meetings, events and conferences

Director of Account Management Skills Required

• A successful track record leading and developing teams in account management, client success or sales
• Experience in the corporate travel sector preferred but similar industry experience will also be considered.
• Expert knowledge of delivering first class customer experience and retention strategies
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience delivering change management

Director of Account Management Additional Details

• A competitive basic salary dependant on experience, to be discussed on application

• Some degree of flexibility around hybrid working with up to 2 days a week from home and 3 days in the London office or visiting clients
