GCS Recruitment are searching for an Operations Executive to work with one of the leading manufacturing companies in Malta.

Responsibilities:

• Developing work measurement procedures and direct time & motion studies to promote efficient and economical utilization of personnel and facilities
• Conducting observations and analysis of personnel and work procedures to determine job time & motion requirements of job duties
• Analysing work study data and equipment specification to establish production standards
• Assisting Sales department in coordinating and planning customer orders and deliveries
• Planning equipment, material and manpower requirements to meet sales demands
• Identifying production constraints and provide alternative solutions
• Supporting in the implementation and subsequent running of the ERP system
• Developing process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems
• Creating and delivering training related to areas of responsibility
• Strategically plan and coordinate raw material logistics, warehouse and transportation
• Keeping track of quality, stock levels, delivery times and transportations costs of raw materials
• Leading and coaching raw material warehouse workforce in order to ensure optimal upkeep of warehouse

Requirements:

• A-level standard of education
• MQF4 level standard of education preferably Mathematics and/or Physics would be considered an asset
• Experience in Operations Executive would be ideal
• Preferably possess a manufacturing background
• Experience working with ERP
• Great communication skills; both verbal and written
• Organised with the ability to multitask
• Excellent leadership skills
