The award-winning Cotswold House Hotel & Spa has appointed Craig Webb general manager.

Webb has worked in various roles across the Bespoke Hotels portfolio over the past decade, including as opening general manager of the Wood Norton, as well as at the helm of The Lambert Arms.

“I am delighted to be joining such a famed institution as Cotwold House,” Webb commented. “I have long held the Cotswolds region close to my heart and look forward to building on all the good work of the previous management and embracing the challenge of taking the property to the next level.”

Alongside this change in personnel, the Cotswold House property will also be benefitting from significant investment in the coming year, totaling around £1 million pounds across both the facilities and décor of a wide range of areas.
