Japan Airlines will launch Haneda flights

Japan Airlines (JAL) has announced new flights between London and Tokyo starting later this year.

The route will run daily departing Heathrow at 19.15 to arrive in Haneda Airport the next day at 15.00.

The return journey will leave Haneda at 11.20 to arrive in London at 15.50.

The new flights will commence on 30 March using a Boeing 777-300ER, which have recently been updated to include its Sky Suite product and wider economy class.

The flights will replace JAL’s current services from London to Tokyo’s Narita Airport.

Within Asia JAL has also announced connections from Haneda to Bangkok, Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City.

Domestic flights within Japan and others linking to New York and Moscow have had frequencies added to cope with demand.
