Oman Air Signs heavy maintenance agreement with JorAMco

Oman Air has signed a new deal with JorAMCo to provide the Omani national carrier with base maintenance services for two Embraer 175 and three Airbus A330 aircraft in its fleet.
The maintenance checks are planned to take place between May and November this year.
Oman Air acting CEO Salim Al-Kindy said JorAMCo had provided “excellent support” to Oman Air over the last year.
“This will now include not just our Embraer aircraft, but also three of our Airbus A330s,” he asserted.
“Oman Air places the highest premium on safety and punctuality, and the base maintenance services supplied by JorAMCo will enable us to maintain the outstanding record we have developed in these areas.”
Located at a special duty-free zone area in Queen Alia International Airport in Amman-Jordan with an infrastructure that includes five hangers that can accommodate up to 10 aircraft, JorAMCo is certified to serve a wide variety of aircraft types by international & local regulatory authorities such as the Jordan’s Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (JCARC), U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
