On The Go Tours has launched four new China tours.
Ranging from eight to 12 days, the newly curated itineraries are ideal for travellers who are looking to visit the lesser known parts of Southern China or experience the cities of Beijing and Shanghai on the roads less travelled. From visiting the famous Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding to taking a bicycle ride on top of the nine mile Xi’an City Wall and walking over the famous Great Wall, the new itineraries are designed to appeal to all types of explorers.
The 12 day Southern China Explorer tour takes travellers off the beaten track and showcases the highlights of China’s scenic south.
Visiting the same locations as the Southern China Explorer, the 12 day South China Discovery also spends time in the ‘Oriental Pearl’, Shanghai.
Explorers will journey from Shanghai to Beijing with the Backroads to Beijing tour. The eight day itinerary begins with a guided tour of Shanghai, including a visit to the iconic Oriental Pearl TV tower and the picturesque Yuyuan Gardens, before enjoying an evening cruise on the Huangpu River.
The eight day Shanghai to Beijing tour starts with three days in Shanghai where explorers can take in the city’s iconic sites including the lofty Plaza Tower, tranquil Yu Garden and the Old City.
