Orient-Express Hotels has launched a new website dedicated to the group and event market.
The orient-express.com/events site offers information on each of the company’s 45 hotel, train, cruise and restaurant businesses, plus news, group offers and technical details on the event spaces.
There are individual sections dedicated to corporate events, incentive travel, weddings, leisure groups and group hires, including information on how to privately charter the company’s trains.
“With a collection spanning 22 countries, we have a wealth of experience in arranging original top-level events at exceptional venues worldwide,” said Ralph Aruzza, Orient-Express’s chief sales & marketing officer.
“The website has been specifically curated not only for professional meeting and event planners, but also for the amateur, for whom event planning may not form the part of their everyday role, to ensure the tools to create an outstanding and memorable event are within easy reach for all.”
The hotel and destination information is backed up by a selection of e-brochures, videos, menus and presentations, while a range of special group rates for the next 12 months are also available.
