Panasonic Avionics to set up customized building

Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, chairman of Dubai Airport Freezone commenced a ground-breaking ceremony for the Panasonic Avionics new Headquarter located at Dubai Airport Freezone. Once complete the AED150 million new Panasonic building will mark the company’s relocation from its present office in DAFZA.
The collaborative alliance between the two organizations was held in the presence of Dr Mohammed Al Zarooni – director general of Dubai Airport Freezone, Paul Margis, CEO Panasonic Avionics Corporation, Yasu Enokido, President & COO, Panasonic Avionics Corporation and other senior officials from the Freezone and Panasonic Avionics.
Sanjeev Naidu, executive director of Panasonic Avionics said: “The project represents a unique facility which will serve as an anchor for our clients in the Middle East and beyond specially in the area of repairs, media integration, manufacture of aviation harnesses and become the center of excellence for global customers in legacy In-flight entertainment and connectivity IFE solutions.”
