American socialite and businesswoman Paris Hilton will launch a new line of luxury hotels in Dubai, New York, and Las Vegas.
The 35-year-old heiress of high-end hotel brand Hilton Hotels has had the idea in mind for some time, according to Forbes magazine.
The launch date and exact location of the hotels have not yet been revealed, but it’s expected to feature the beach theme that she brought to southeast Asia.
Hilton first set foot in the real estate business by designing two Paris Beach Clubs for Azure Urban Resort Residences by Century Properties in the Philippines, one of which is located in North Manila.
The beach club features high-end dining, spas, and entertainment facilities. It was reportedly inspired by Hilton’s experiences at luxury beach getaways around the world including some in Rio, Santorini, and Saint Tropez.
It also features other amenities such as an open park, a garden, and a lap pool with waterfalls.
The young Hilton has several brands under her name and around 50 Paris Hilton beauty and fashion boutiques worldwide which feature perfumes, handbags, watches, and shoes.
Hilton’s perfume brand has just launched a new scent, Gold Rush, this week. The brand allegedly brings in over $1.5 billion in revenue.
