The Luohe property will join existing Pentahotels in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong, as well as new properties in Guiyang and Shenyang that are scheduled to open in 2014. It also forms part of the brand’s goal of having 80 Pentahotels either operational or under development across the world by 2020.
Rosewood calls Pentahotels a “design-led, neighbourhood lifestyle brand”, with facilities usually including mixed-use lobbies with bars and cafés, and a focus on in-room connectivity.
