QantasLink has moved to Terminal 3 at Sydney Airport.

Following the development of the terminal as the new home of all Qantas services, the airline’s regional carrier has now moved its operations from T2 to T3. This will allow it to take advantage of Qantas’ facilities at the hub, including new check-in facilities and lounges.

“With QantasLink services now in Terminal 3, customers can expect smoother connections between regional, domestic and international services and will no longer have to transfer between terminals to connect to their domestic Qantas flight,” explained Qantas Domestic’s CEO, Lyell Strambi.

“Terminal 3’s faster, smarter check-in services will significantly reduce check-in times for QantasLink customers… [while] customers using Qantas’ premium lounges, including the Qantas Club and Domestic Business Lounge, will now only be moments from their aircraft. An extra 80 seats have also been added to the Qantas Club to accommodate for the additional customers using the lounge,” he added.

QantasLink operates 300 weekly flights from Sydney to a range of regional destinations, including Tamworth, Dubbo, Canberra, Armidale, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Wagga Wagga, Albury, Lord Howe Island and Gladstone.
