RedDoorz has announced the latest addition to its multi-brand portfolio with the launch of Urbanview, an affordable yet smart accommodation solution in Indonesia. This further cements RedDoorz’s vision of being the leader in travel and accommodation through its ecosystem of multiple hospitality and accommodation products, each catering to a specific demographic and its needs in Southeast Asia, from no-frills yet comfortable budget stays, to extended stays offerings, and more.

Following the launch of SANS in 2020, RedDoorz’s trendy and economical lifestyle hotel brand and the unveiling of its multi-brand strategy, Urbanview aims to target urban travellers and business travellers through affordable yet aesthetic and comfortable accommodation solutions. Urbanview properties are also strategically located in close proximities to key business districts, transport nodes, urban areas, and key tourist attractions. The firm currently has 50 Urbanview properties in Indonesia and the rooms are priced at an average rate of USD15-20 per night.

Urbanview will provide travellers with amenities such as Wifi, cable TV, and an atmosphere inspired by a natural oasis at an affordable price, while also adhering to RedDoorz’s proprietary HygienePass-certified cleanliness measures for travellers’ peace of mind.

Commenting on the launch of Urbanview, Amit Saberwal, Founder and CEO of RedDoorz said, “We are pleased to announce the launch of Urbanview in our bid to provide greater quality and value for a larger spectrum of travellers within this region. Urbanview will allow our multi-brand strategy to tap into a larger segment of travellers, driving us further towards our goal of being a key leader in the hospitality and tourism sector. As per Statista, in 2020, domestic tourism spending in Southeast Asia totalled over US$106 billion. This was an increase from 2011, in which domestic tourism spending almost reached US$74 billion[1]. We believe we have only scratched the surface in this region.”

“Urbanview was conceptualised as a brand to provide a hospitality solution for travellers who are seeking comfort, modernity, and convenience at an affordable price. We envision Urbanview as the perfect accommodation choice for the discerning modern traveller who values a comfortable and modern option at an affordable price point,” further added Saberwal.

Urbanview marks the firm’s fourth brand launch since 2021 after Sunerra Hotel, SANS, a design-inspired, trendy, and economic lifestyle hotel brand, and Koolkost, an extended-stay co-living concept that allows guests to rent rooms under flexible long-term leases. To date, RedDoorz now has more than 3,000 properties in 170 cities across Indonesia, The Philippines, Vietnam, and Singapore.

Customers will be able to book rooms at Urbanview via the RedDoorz app.
