The voyage features an overnight stay in Livorno, gateway to the artistic treasures of Florence, as well as calls in Monte Carlo, Marseille, Porto Mahon, and Palma de Mallorca.

Contemporary impressionist painter Alexandre Renoir, great-grandson of French impressionist painter Pierre-August Renoir, will be on board throughout the voyage to present lectures about his famous grandfather’s life and demonstrate his own artistic talents. During the visit to Monte Carlo, Renoir will host an exclusive optional shore excursion to his estate at Cagnes-sur-Mer, where Pierre-August Renoir spent the last years of his life.

Enhanced culinary programmes will accompany the additional cultural programmes. Erik Arnecke, of the Michelin-starred Philipp Soldan restaurant in Germany’s Die Sonne Frankenberg Hotel, and Fabio Pisani, of the two Michelin-starred Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia in Milan will combine their expertise to deliver demonstrations and grand gourmet dinners on board.

Other culinary highlights include a demonstration programme with specialised workshops and stimulating cooking competitions hosted by acclaimed culinary trainer David Bilsland, who oversees Silversea’s L’École des Chefs programme – the only Relais & Châteaux cooking school at sea.

A wine enrichment programme will showcase a collection of Italy’s finest vintages selected by the association of top Italian winemakers, Comitato Grandi Cru d’Italia. Gennaro Buono, award-winning sommelier of the two Michelin-starred Il Pagliaccio in Rome, will introduce the wines to guests.

Fares start from £1,950 per person, based on double occupancy.
