Skybreak, the customer service centre based at Gatwick Airport, has secured contracts with four additional airlines that use London’s second airport.

Skybreak Service Centre, which already provides passenger assistance and representation for more than 40 airlines and tour operators, will now provide services to Germania, Iberia Express, Pegasus and Airline Services.

Germania Airlines, which operates both scheduled and charter flights from Gatwick, will use Skybreak to help passengers who inadvertently missed flights.

Iberia Express, which operates two daily flights to Madrid, and Pegasus which operates a daily flight to Istanbul, have contracted Skybreak to help passengers with excess baggage and book extra legroom seats.

Skybreak will also work with ASL Airline Services, which provides ground-handling services for Monarch Airlines, arranging hotel reservations and ground transport for passengers.
