St Regis Hotels & Resorts recently announced debut of the St Regis brand in Dubai with opening of St. Regis Dubai.
Owned by Al Habtoor Group, the hotel will feature eight culinary venues, first Iridium Spa in Dubai, a fleet of Bentleys as well as first Bentley Suite in the Middle East which will be unveiled in early 2016.
The St Regis Dubai is located within the Al Habtoor City, which will also feature two other Starwood hotels under the W Hotels and Westin brands, three residential towers, and a water-themed show by Dragone.
“We are looking forward to open the first of three hotels in this development,” said Michael Wale, president, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Europe, Africa and Middle East. “The ultra-luxury St Regis brand in this important market strengthens Starwood’s presence in UAE as we remain on track to double our portfolio in the region by 2019.”
The St Regis Dubai will feature 234 guestrooms, including 52 suites. The property will also have a three-bedroom, two-story Royal Suite featuring a rooftop plunge pool. The hotel’s custom-designed one-bedroom Bentley Suite is the first of its kind in the Middle East.
The brand will enter Jordan with The St Regis Amman in 2016, and will open in 2018 its first polo resort, The St Regis Dubai Al Habtoor Polo Resort and Club, in partnership with Al Habtoor Group.
