TAP named Europe’s top Sth American carrier

Portuguese airline TAP has been awarded Europe’s Leading Airline to Africa and Europe’s Leading Airline to South America at the 2016 gala ceremony of the World Travel Awards (WTA).
This also marks the third consecutive year TAP has received the two leading airline awards.
Additionally, TAP picked up the accolade of Europe’s Leading Inflight Magazine for its inflight publication UP for the second year running.
The nominations are in recognition of the work the “new TAP” has been carrying out to become more modern, efficient and competitive and focusing on customer needs by tailoring its services to suit the modern traveller across its extensive flight network.
Regarded as the “Oscars” of the industry, the WTA acknowledges, rewards and celebrates excellence within the travel industry.
