TAP Portugal will fly to six new destinations in summer 2017.
As of June and July 2017, TAP will fly via its hub in Lisbon to Canada (Toronto), Hungary (Budapest) and Romania (Bucharest), as well as new destinations in Spain (Las Palmas and Alicante) and Germany (Stuttgart).
Additionally, TAP will increase frequencies from Manchester and London Gatwick to Lisbon. As from June 2017, TAP will offer 2 daily flights from Manchester and 11 weekly flights from London Gatwick, therefore further improving connectivity to its long-haul network: 10 destinations in Brazil, 14 in Africa and 5 in North America.
In 2016, TAP launched a new fare structure offering one way prices for long haul travel; the cabin retrofit of 48 aircrafts currently in progress; the launch of the new brand TAP Express for regional operations; the new Lisbon/Oporto shuttle service; the launch of TAP Stopover in Portugal and the inauguration of two new USA routes: Boston and New York – JFK.
