Indonesia’s Tauzia Hotel Management is now allowing guests to pay for their hotel reservations at AlfaMart stores.

The new initiative is available for guests booking on the Harris Hotels website, and the soon-to-be-launched Yello Hotels website. Guests who are unable or unwilling to make payment online will be able to make their reservation as usual, then take the booking details to any AlfaMart store where they can pay with cash or a debit card.

“Learning from our customer’s insight we are glad to have the support from AlfaMart Group in terms of instant direct payment,” said Yusuf IJsseldijk, Tauzia’s corporate director of sales & marketing.

“Considering how Harris brand will turn 13 this year and we have so far made a strong track record in serving our customers the best way possible, this new advancement will help us serve them better. And happy customers mean loyal customers – which is our ultimate goal all along.”

The initiative has been made possible through a partnership between Tauzia and Doku, the Indonesian provider of electronic payment solutions.
