TCA Abu Dhabi heads to Berlin

The lure of the potential European market has got Abu Dhabi interested.
A 90-member strong delegation led by Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority (TCA Abu Dhabi) will attend the forthcoming ITB Berlin highlighting three key destinations.
The capital pavilion will emphasise the diverse nature of – Abu Dhabi city, Al Ain and Al Gharbia – under the slogan ‘three regions in one region’.
Mubarak Al Nuaimi, director promotions and overseas offices, TCA Abu Dhabi said: “We have a diverse range of attractions spread out across the emirate and we want to encourage visitors to visit all three destinations. Europe, and in particular Germany, are key markets for us. Germany remains one of our leading hotel guest markets accounting for 138,604 hotel guests last year – a 16% rise on the previous year. In total they generated 631,179 guest nights which was up eight percent year-on-year and they stay, on average 4.5 nights.”
Visitors to the Abu Dhabi pavilion will also be given the opportunity to cycle and fly around key attractions through a virtual 3D game platform.
