PHILIPPE ZUBER has become the new president & chief operating officer of One&Only Resorts. He joins the luxury resort company with more than 20 years’ experience, including a long spell with Hyatt. He became Emaar Hospitality’s chief operating officer in 2013, leading a team of almost 5,000 staff.

CRAMER BALL has been named as the new chief executive officer of Alitalia. An Australian national with more than 20 years of aviation experience, Ball moves to the Italian carrier from his current position as CEO of Jet Airways. He has also previously worked for Etihad Airways and Air Seychelles.

RICHARD BROUWER has been appointed chief executive officer of Khiri Travel. The former Diethelm Travel Group CEO will move to Bangkok-based Khiri on 4 January 2016, bringing more than 25 years of travel industry experience to the company. He also had an 11-year career with Amari Hotels.

PHILIPPE ROUX-DESSARPS has been announced as Hyatt’s new vice president of global brands. An experienced hotelier and Hyatt veteran, Roux-Dessarps has served the company for 24 years, the last seven of which have been spent as general manager of the Park Hyatt Tokyo.

ERIC JELINEK has been named as the new head of Aquire Qantas Loyalty, the airline’s loyalty scheme for SMEs. Effective February 2016, Jelinek will move back to Sydney to take up the new role, following 3.5 years in London as Qantas’ regional general manager for the UK, Ireland & Europe.

GREG FINDLAY has become general manager of the Westin Bund Center Shanghai. A New Zealand national, Findlay has more than two decades of experience with Starwood, and has held GM roles in New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, China and South Korea, most recently at W Beijing.

STEFAN KEEL has been appointed general manager of the new Mövenpick Resort Boracay, which is scheduled to open in 2016. A Swiss national, Keel started his career as a management trainee with Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in 1995, and has since worked in hotels across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

GRANT HASTINGS has been named general manager of Six Senses Ninh Van Bay, Vietnam. A South African national, Hastings embarked in his first hotel management role with Hilton in Madagascar, before joining Constance Hotels in 2007, managing resorts in the Maldives and Seychelles.
