Paul Richardson has been appointed director of private jets at Air Partner. Richardson has held many financial roles at Barclays Wealth and was part of management at Cover-U Ltd as well as UK managing director at Helvetia Wealth. He is an ex-chairman of the Sir Steve Redgrave Charitable Trust and is a committee member for the Steve Redgrave Fund in Comic Relief; NSPCC Sports Steering Committee and a trustee of WellChild.
Stefanie Hardy has joined the Hilton London Islington as general manager. Hardy has spent 10 years working in numerous Hilton properties and joins the Islington hotel after five years as director of business development at Hilton on Park Lane. Her previous experience also includes time at Marriott and the Royal Scot Hotel, Edinburgh.
Pieter Rieder has been appointed global head of energy and shipping sales at the ATPI Group. Rieder joins the company from Griffin Travel where he focused on Europe, Asia and the US. He has also worked for Rosenbluth Travel and was a senior executive at American Express for five years.
Anthony Barrett has been named general manager of the Jurys Inn Chelsea. Barrett was previously deputy GM at Jurys Inn Birmingham and helped open the chain’s hotel in Brighton. David Livingstone has also been made a GM at the Jurys Inn Sheffield after previously being deputy GM at its Derby hotel. David Shiels has become GM at the Jurys Inn Edinburgh having previously been GM at its Southampton hotel and a deputy at the Glasgow property. Michelle Finnegan has taken up his previous role as GM at Jurys Inn Southampton and has worked with the company since 2001.
Andy Braley has been named commercial director at Cardiff Aviation. Barley joins the company, set up by Iron Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson and aviation chief Marios Fulgoni last year, from A J Walter Aviation where he was director of business development.
Heather Rogers has been appointed general manager for local deals and entertainment at Travelzoo. Rogers joins the publishing company from Red Letter Days where she was director of sales. She will lead the sales strategy and help with product development and trade relationships in her new role.
