Cindy Landlust has joined Representation Plus as travel trade account manager. Landlust is working on behalf of the Samoa Tourism Authority as pan-European travel trade manager and Lithuania Tourism Office as the UK travel trade manager. She joins the representation company from VisitBritain where she was product and e-commerce executive.
Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson has been promoted to chief financial officer at InterContinental Hotels Group. He will take up the new role on 1 January when Tom Singer steps down. Edgecliffe-Johnson joined IHG in August 2004 and has held several senior roles.
Christine Oumières has been named as the new vice president of the European Regional Airline Association (ERA). Ourmières, who is CEO of CityJet, is the association’s third VP along with Carlos Bertomeu, CEO of Air Nostrum and Martin Isler, EVP or Luxair.
Kate Northop has been appointed director of events at Mondrian London, the new hotel being developed at Sea Containers. Northop joins the hotel from The Katie Piper Foundation where she was a freelance event producer. She has also worked with the Jamie Oliver Foundation, Jumeirah, the Landmark and the Savoy Group.
Kiran Parmar has been named as the new group marketing director at Air Partner. Parmer has more than 23 years in marketing experience including stints at Ford Motor Company and Bentley Company. He will now grow the Air Partner brand globally.
Mike Brauner has been appointed senior manager of sustainable development environment for TUI AG. Brauner has worked within the TUI Group for 15 years and since 2003 in the environment management/sustainable development area.
