Celebrity Cruises has introduced a dedicated selling guide for agents to book holidays via its new booking system, AirWaves.

With tips for maximising the revenue potential of the new technology, the guide gives agents the tools they need to personalise fly-cruise and stay bookings in four steps.

The guide highlights the potential to extend holidays pre- and post-cruise by up to 12 nights. To help agents open up their fly-cruise and hotel stay bookings, it includes a selection of suggested flights, hotels and transfer options across nine different destinations.

There are links to online resources, from training videos and help guides to booking advice and online support.

Claire Stirrup, director of sales, Celebrity Cruises UK and Ireland, said:

“Agents have historically had to rely on multiple systems to pull together the perfect Celebrity Cruises fly-cruise and hotel stay packages for their clients, so AirWaves was created to make it easier – and faster – to personalise all aspects of the booking process.

“Our selling guide is designed to show how simple to use AirWaves is, and to highlight the complete flexibility that agents have in planning the ideal itinerary for their customers. We’ve saved agents yet more time with some recommended hotels. Dynamically packaging fly/cruise holidays has never been more innovative, or easy.”

The AirWaves platform launched on 24 November 2017 and agents can sign up to training at cruisingpoweruk.co.uk/airwaves,  plus have additional support at airwavessupport.online.
