Travel Counsellors has reported a 50% increase in travel professionals joining in the last three months, as its earnings rose 11%.
The homeworking agency has attributed the boost to its TC Roadshows around the UK where 45% of its recruits have been signed up from.
Further dates have now been added to meet demand, and agents from outside the company have been invited to attend its conference in Manchester to ask questions.
Steve Byrne, managing director of Travel Counsellors said its personal approach along with offering control had helped the firm to grow.
He said: “We recognise that this is a life-changing decision for people, which is why we have tried to make the joining process as accessible as possible, and as our figures show, this personal approach is working well. Enabling our agents to be fully in control of their margin has directly contributed to the boost in our agents’ earnings.”
