Vistara will increase the frequency of its Delhi-Guwahati route this month.
Effective 18 June 2016, the airline will launch a new daily point-to-point service on the route. Flights will depart Delhi at 1340 and arrive in Guwahati at 1600. The return service will then leave the northeastern city at 1635 and arrive back in Delhi at 1900.
At present, Vistara operates a triangular route connecting Delhi with Guwahati and Bagdogra, so the new service will offer the first non-stop connection from Guwahati to Delhi.
Passengers in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Srinagar will be offered one-stop connections to Guwahati, via Delhi.
Vistara will serve the new route using its three-class Airbus A320 aircraft.
