Rosemont Rainforest

ZAS Architects are building the world’s first hotel with its own rainforest, an artificial beach, and a glass-bottomed infinity pool 25 floors above the streets of Dubai.

The Rosemont Hotel and Residences is an ultra-luxurious urban resort that will rise on a 2 million square feet property. It combines advanced design, digital technology, and the natural world to reflect a modern city where innovative development shapes the destination. It’s one of the hottest hotel developments this 2018 and it’s bound to shake-up the hotel industry.

The urban resort will be comprised of two 53-storey towers. One is a Hotel Tower with a health club, dining area, VIP lounge and business centre. And the other is a Serviced Apartment Tower with 280 units of exclusive residences, an entertainment facility, and a retail area for globetrotters and residences alike.

Of course, both will offer expansive views of the city and the Persian Gulf.

Its windows will frame silhouettes of an ever-evolving skyline. It’s the skyline of a city with a vibrant pulse. A city that is alive and continues to evolve.

Rosemont’s evocative design will offer guests a journey through nature’s most exotic destinations – from a lush tropical rainforest to a digital underwater world or a cosmic experience. On the resort, they can go on an adventure in a 75,000 square feet man-made jungle complete with waterfalls, streams, and a sensory rain system to mimic the natural rainforest climate.

The first of its kind resort is promised to be something we’ve never seen before.

The Rosemont also takes pride in its futuristic features. For example, a 3D projection will greet guests upon arrival. The drop-off point transforms into a virtual rainforest or a huge aquarium. And as guests head into the main foyer, they’ll be greeted by robotic luggage handlers.

This technology is at par with Dubai’s continuous drive to elevate luxury and style.

The Rosemont Hotel and Residences is located along Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Thanyah district. It will be operated by the Curio Collection brand under Hilton Worldwide.

The structure of the hotel and residences will resemble a shell & a pearl, with moving lights illuminating Rosemont’s five-star serviced apartment tower in a pattern inspired by atomic, orbital rings.

The development is already under construction.
