Al Fanar Restaurant and Café has announced its intent to open a new outlet at Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi.
The plans will be rolled out after Ramadan, to mark the celebration of Eid Al Fitr this year. The venue will be able to accommodate about 340 people catering to tourists as well as residents.
Hashem Al Marzouqi, principal, Al Fanar Restaurant and Café, said: “This new development is part of our strategic expansion and growth of Al Fanar Restaurant and Café as a brand.”
He pointed out the food of a country reflects its culture and traditions, and Al Fanar Restaurant and Cafe showcases Emirati culture. The menu offers many signature historic dishes such as ‘Aysh Mohammar ma Samak Magli’, ‘Beryani Maleh’ and ‘Asidat Al Tamor’ that are rarely cooked in Emirati homes today.
