Avalon Waterways’ announces new 2013 brochure

Avalon Waterways has unveiled its new 2013 brochure featuring two new Suite ships. Avalon Expression and Avalon Artistry II are introduced in May 2013 bringing the total of suite ships for the line to five. All five Suite ships feature the signature two decks of Panorama Suites with wall-to-wall sliding panoramic windows to create an open air balcony.
Avalon Artistry II will sail the eight-day ‘Romantic Rhine’ cruise whilst the Avalon Expression sails the longer 13-day ‘Blue Danube Discovery’, 15-day ‘Magnificent Europe’ and 11-Day ‘Legendary Danube’. Early booking discounts of up to £1,200 are available when booked before 31 August.
In addition to enjoying meals in the panoramic and dining room, for 2013 there is an option of taking a lighter dinner menu featuring regional specialities and wines in the Panoramic Bistro. This is in addition to the outdoor Sky Bistro on the Sky Deck for grilled lunches in summer months.
The range of itineraries has been increased significantly with four new cruises, in total 25 holidays are featured with up to 42 itineraries ranging from five to 18 days.
