Cape Town hotel completes first phase refurb
Southern Sun The Cullinan hotel has completed the first phase of its refurbishments after more than three months of changes. All areas have been renovated within the hotel, which will have fully unveils its new look on 31 October. Its 124 rooms will be completed by the end of August with new interiors, although the hotel remains open while work goes on. “The project is being implemented on one floor at a time. We isolate a complete floor to ensure minimum disruption and inconvenience to the Southern Sun The Cullinan guests,” said Derek Waar from ProPlan Construction Western Cape, which is helping with the project.
