DAMAC announces ‘DAMAC Towers by Paramount’

DAMAC Properties have entered into an exclusive partnership with Paramount Hotel & Resorts to build the ‘DAMAC Towers by Paramount’. 
The project will comprise a 540-key Paramount Hotel & Residences and more than 1,400 units of DAMAC Maison – Paramount co-branded serviced hotel residences located around the Burj Khalifa area.
The US$1bn ‘DAMAC Towers by Paramount’ is currently under construction, and will be completed by the end of 2015.
DAMAC Properties managing director, Ziad El Chaar, said: “We will employ the tried and tested production process, undertaken by Paramount Pictures at the studio, to direct, design and detail the project.”
The four towers which make up ‘DAMAC Towers by Paramount’ are brought together with a multi level plaza, offering themed food and beverage concepts, meeting and events facilities, screening room, wellness and fitness centres, swimming pools, kids club, retail, and merchandise all featuring the Paramount brand.
