Al Waleed hospitality, the hospitality sector of Al Waleed Investment Group recently acquired a luxury hotel apartment in Al Barsha. The Al Waleed Palace Hotel Apartments – Al Barsha consists of 64 units comprising of one and two bedrooms.
Mohammed Abdul Razak Al-Mutawa, CEO, UAE businessman and chairman of the board directors of Al Waleed investment said: “Al Waleed hospitality aims to acquire luxury hotel apartments with high investment feasibility. The Al Waleed investment group will continue to acquire more hotel apartment projects in Dubai. We are targeting to raise our share in this area to more than 500 rooms by the end of the year 2014, as is currently conducting negotiations with the different parties.”
