First Ascott-branded property to open in Dubai

The Ascott Limited has brought its premium Ascott brand to Dubai, through a management contract for the 118-unit Ascott Park Place Dubai. Ascott will operate the property from 1 October 2010 and rebrand it as Ascott Park Place Dubai by the end of the year following a renovation project. The serviced residence will feature a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments and double-storey loft apartments, all with fully-equipped kitchens, en-suite bathrooms and complimentary Wi-Fi. Other facilities will include a 40-metre swimming pool, rooftop gymnasium, steam room, sauna and restaurant.
