Accor’s Adagio Aparthotel to open in October 2013

Accor Middle East announced that the first Adagio Aparthotel Hotel in the Middle East will open in October 2013. The hotel will offer 279 apartments and is one of three hotels set to open in the region within the next 18 months.
The Aparthotels Adagio will offer upper-midscale apartments with hotels services. The hotel’s key market segments are individual corporate clients seeking extended stays. However, the Aparthotels Adagio are popular among families and leisure travellers too.
The Adagio concept is designed to offer guest a flexible pricing policy designed for various length of stays (short, mid-, long-stay), and for investor increased profitability through optimization of construction costs as well as a proven sound business model.
Accor Middle East intend to develop 10 Adagio properties spanning key cities across the region within the next three years, of which five properties will be under construction or fully operational by the end of this year, with advanced discussions under way for new Adagio properties in key locations such as Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha, Makkah, Dammam, Al Khobar, etc.
In addition to properties in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, Accor’s ambitious expansion plan also entails upcoming properties namely, the Adagio Fujairah Town Centre (with 72 apartments) in 2014 and Adagio Jeddah Mali Road (with 77 apartments) in 2015.
