The Address Downtown Dubai goes for the ‘CUT’

Dubai will soon join the league of extraordinary culinary experiences when CUT, Wolfgang Puck’s modern American steak restaurant, opens its doors at The Address Downtown Dubai.
The restaurant will bring the inventive cuisine that is synonymous with Wolfgang Puck to the The Address Hotels + Resorts’ property. This also marks the chef’s Middle East debut.
Wolfgang Puck, said: “We’ve been interested in Dubai for quite some time but were waiting for the right opportunity and right partner.”
CUT’s menu will feature Wolfgang’s signature contemporary interpretation from prime dry- and wet-aged beef, including selections from the United States and Australia.
The menu will appeal to a broad audience through an additional array of seafood and shellfish entrées. Global influences will be evident in Puck’s prolific use of Indian, Moroccan and Argentinean flavours, whether for garnishing or as accompaniments to the signature cuts of meat.
