Accor has continued the expansion of its upscale Pullman brand in mainland China, with the launch of its first property in Panjin, Liaoning province.
The Pullman Panjin Oriental Ginza not only becomes the first Pullman in Panjin, but also the first upscale international hotel in the city, which is a major oil production centre in China’s northeast.
Set within the Oriental Ginza Plaza, a shopping and residential complex, the new hotel offers 262 rooms and suites, plus a fitness centre, swimming pool and aerobics room.
In terms of F&B, the hotel offers three restaurants, including a Chinese outlet with nine private dining rooms, plus a bar and executive lounge with views of the Liao River. And for the corporate and events market, the Pullman Panjin Oriental Ginza features a total of 1,500m² of meeting space including an 800m² ballroom.
“We are excited to introduce this renowned brand to Panjin, a city on the rise,” said Paul Richardson, chief operating officer of Accor Greater China. “Pullman represents upscale hospitality, and we very much look forward to bringing the unique Pullman experience to this exciting new destination as we continue to grow and develop in the region.”
The Pullman Panjin Oriental Ginza becomes the 17th Pullman hotel in Greater China.
