International luxury travel network Virtuoso is providing its travel advisors with a new online tool that simplifies searching for and booking cruises, saving them time and increasing their efficiency. The network has partnered with Passport Online to create a white-label version of its cruise booking engine customised for Virtuoso advisors and their specific needs.

The Virtuoso Cruise Tool enables advisors to find, compare, quote, and book cruises directly from one central location. The intuitive tool makes marketing and selling cruises quicker, simpler and more effective, giving Virtuoso’s advisors a competitive edge by rapidly increasing their cruise knowledge and response time to clients.

The Virtuoso Cruise Tool allows for ClientBase Live Connect integration, segmented reporting, professional email marketing materials, cabin availability, interactive deck plans, full ship information and the ability to easily modify bookings.

The Virtuoso Cruise Tool was refined during Passport Online’s participation in Virtuoso Incubator, the industry’s first program designed to foster new advisor-focused technology. Virtuoso Incubator vets companies based on advisor need, refines and iterates through real-time testing, then introduces tools to improve the sales process and enhance the advisor-client relationship.

A dedicated group of Virtuoso advisors assessed the tool in real-world situations, and provided invaluable feedback that enabled Passport Online to create this version tailored exclusively for Virtuoso’s unique requirements and featuring Virtuoso’s preferred lines.

The Virtuoso Cruise Tool is available to Virtuoso’s U.S. and Canadian advisors at present, with plans to expand into other markets.
