ACW has recently acquired Oryx Hospitality Group (Oryx) through its investment division, ACW Investments. The acquisition will allow ACW to manage their portfolio of managed apartments, retail and restaurants within the company’s property developments internally.
The acquisition has also merged management teams of Oyrx and ACW Holdings, to create project efficiencies in the set-up and operation of hospitality services within ACW’s real estate projects.
“The management crossover between Oryx Hospitality Group and ACW Holdings, allows us to plan and adjust for the benefit of retail and restaurant services proposed,” said Ian Pask, general manager of ACW Holdings and Chief Operating Officer of Oryx Hospitality Group.
The first joint-projects that ACW and Oryx are working on are retail outlets and restaurants for the Dubai developments – Platinum One and The Light. Platinum One is a major project involving a number of hospitality services, two restaurants, a café, retail units and a catered pool area.
