Asiana and Austrian Airlines sign codeshare deal

Asiana Airlines of South Korea and Austrian Airlines have signed a codeshare agreement.
Under the deal, flights to the South Korean capital city of Seoul via Tokyo or Bangkok are now bookable at Austrian Airlines.
“We worked for about one year to put together a corresponding contractual agreement,” said Christian Steyer, director of Cooperations at Austrian Airlines. “However, the long waiting time has paid off. We have attracted a new partner in the Asian region, and in cooperation with Asiana Airlines we can offer new and interesting destinations to our customers.”
The codeshare agreement covers the following routes:
