Indonesian hotel brand Aston has launched a major new project in Kupang, the capital of West Timor.
The four-star Aston Kupang Hotel & Convention Center is located 10 minutes from Kupang’s city centre and features 179 rooms and suites, some of which offers ocean views. There are also six restaurants, a sky lounge, swimming pool, fitness centre and spa.
The adjoining conference centre offers five meeting rooms and a grand ballroom that can accommodate up to 1,500 persons.
“Aston Kupang Hotel & Convention Center will bring a breath of fresh air to Kupang,” said Norbert Vas, vice president of sales & marketing for Aston’s parent company, Archipelago International. “We are confident that the hotel will become the leading four-star accommodation in the area, and we intend to strengthen Aston’s presence even further in 2014.”
And Kupang will soon be home to two more of Archipelago’s hotel brands, with new favehotel and NEO properties expected to launch in the city in future.
