British Airways and Spanish airline Vueling have signed an interline agreement for connections from Barcelona.
The deal will allow BA passengers to connect to Vueling’s 74 destinations from El Prat, which registered a 17.8% increase in traffic last year.
Vueling had already signed an agreement with BA’s partner Iberia and is also looking at interline deals with “two to four” other airlines.
During June the carrier posted a load factor of 75.6% with 19% more passengers than June 2011.
