TAM, a member of LATAM Airlines Group, has launched its first UK agent incentive in a bid to boost sales over the summer period.
Savvy agents who sell TAM flights between nine UK airports and Sao Paulo or on the London Heathrow to Rio de Janeiro route from 10th June to 10th July will receive an extra 4% commission upfront. The deal applies to Business and Economy Class flights and travel must be before 31st December 2015 to qualify.
The added commission is available on routes via London to Sao Paulo from the following airports: Aberdeen Airport, George Best Belfast City Airport, Birmingham Airport, Dublin Airport, Edinburgh Airport, Glasgow Airport, Leeds Bradford International Airport, Manchester Airport and Newcastle Airport. Agents who book flights from London to Rio de Janeiro will also receive a bonus.
Martin Modarelli, commercial director for LATAM Airlines Group, said: “We have launched this incentive to strengthen LATAM’s relationships with agents and provide an enticing incentive to help boost sales. We are also hoping this will raise awareness for one of our most important daily direct flights, from London Heathrow to Sao Paulo which provides a vital gateway to 115 South American destinations.”
TAM operates a daily direct flight from London Heathrow to Sao Paulo Guarulhos International Airport. The daily flight recently moved to Heathrow T3.
