Travel activities, services and tour booking platform Klook, has announced its brand new global partnership with CoopCulture, an official national tour operator in Italy.

The partnership highlights the continuous expansion of Klook’s global footprint and marks a big step towards digitizing the heritage sites in Italy. Travellers will experience a more efficient, real-time process when choosing CoopCulture’s products on Klook — from booking to redemption.

Eric Gnock Fah, COO and co-founder of Klook, said: “We are excited to enrich our offerings in Italy via the global partnership with CoopCulture. As the pioneer in driving travel technology, Klook is committed to using innovative technology to help digitize the tours and activities industry.”

“frictionless, instant booking”

Gnock Fah concluded his comments, saying: Our data shows that 75% of Klook’s bookings made are via mobile devices, so it is inevitable that travellers prefer to arrange activities on-the-go, and mobile and instant booking are crucial to this space. With our capability in providing frictionless, instant booking and redemption experience, we hope to make visiting historical sites simpler and more convenient.”
