Kempinski Hotels will manage a new five-star property in Dubai, Gulf News has reported. The hotel chain has signed a deal with the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) to operate the new luxury hotel and serviced residences at One Za’abeel, a new 36-storey development in the city. Opening in 2011, The One Za’abeel Kempinski Hotel will have 370 guest rooms and 18,000 square metres of meetings and conference space in addition to 133 serviced apartments.
