Oakwood has agreed to manage a brand new serviced residence in Singapore.
Scheduled to open in 2017, the new Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore will form part of OUE Downtown, a mixed-use development comprising office space, residences and a major shopping mall.
The property itself will feature 268 modern serviced residences, plus private dining facilities, a swimming pool, fitness centre and concierge services. Guests can also access grocery shops within the same complex.
“We are delighted to be opening an Oakwood Premier property in our home location of Singapore, and look forward to establishing this as a flagship product,” said Dean Schreiber, managing director of Oakwood Asia Pacific. “The opening of Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore will be our second property in this great city.”
Oakwood is currently accelerating the pace of its development in Asia Pacific, having expanded its regional portfolio by 26% in 2016 alone. This growth rate is expected to continue in the coming years.
The new Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore will become the company’s second serviced residence in the city, following the 98-key Oakwood Studios Singapore.
