RASCJ inks partnership with Skydive Dubai

In a recent development, under the patronage of HRH Prince Hamzah Bin Al Hussein, the Royal Aero Sports Club of Jordan (RASCJ) recently announced its partnership with Skydive Dubai to launch skydiving in Jordan, this summer. Skydive Jordan would start its operations from June 8th – 30th in Wadi Rum.
Marwan Atalla, general manager of RASCJ said: “We are proud to launch of Skydive Jordan bringing a very unique activity for adventure seekers and tourists. HRH Sheikh Hamdan Bin Hamad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, is a leading figure in the sport of skydiving in Dubai, has given this project his full support.”
Elaborating further Jason Russel, chief executive officer of Skydive Dubai said: “It is our plan to bring this safe and exciting activity to Wadi Rum, adding to the array of tourist attractions already available throughout Hashemite Kingdome of Jordan.”
As part of a commitment to the community, RASCJ and Skydive Dubai have allocated one third of the revenues from this event to the King Hussein Cancer Foundation, and Al Shajarah Foundation.
