Rixos Hotels in UAE to launch Google Virtual Tours

In a recent development, Rixos The Palm, Dubai, and Rixos Bab Al Bahr, Ras Al Khaimah, are the first hotels in UAE to launch virtual tours in partnership with Google.
Otherwise known as ‘Google Street View’, guests can take an in depth look across the entire resort.
The new initiative serves as a tool to assist potential guests in planning stage of their vacation. Now they are able to take a look across the entire resort and make an informed choice, the room they stay in and restaurants they dine in.
Alexander Schneider, general manager of Rixos The Palm said: “As the first in the country to roll this out, we are setting a standard of pre-arrival experience which we are confident the rest of the industry will aspire.”
In addition, the hotel is now bookable through Google too.
